The available shipping options may vary depending on the delivery address, the time you place your order, and the availability of the items. When processing your purchase, we will show you the available shipping methods, the cost, and the estimated delivery date. Please note that deliveries are only made on business days. We remind you that the shipping address for your order must be within the same market/region where you made the purchase.
 
HOME DELIVERY
The shipping cost may vary depending on the type of item:
Standard size items: In 7 working days, and cost is determined by region on checkout
Large items: Delivery rates vary by item. This amount is not cumulative. The highest cost will only be charged once without taking the variety and units purchased into account. You will be able to see the shipping cost during checkout.
 
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times are approximate and should not be considered guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery time depends on the availability of the items in your order and the destination address.
 
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this to follow your package's journey to you.
 
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Ellen Sheidlin Studio ships worldwide. International customers may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. These additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
