ABOUT THE ARTIST
Ellen Sheidlin (born in 1994, Saratov, Russia) is a multidisciplinary artist exploring the intersection of realism, virtuality and the world of dreams. Her own artistic approach, which she calls "Survirtualism", combines the digital and the physical, the fantastical and the real, the material and the immaterial.
Sheidlin began her creative career with Surrealist photography, gaining widespread recognition in the online sphere. She later received artistic training at The Florence Classical Arts Academy (2021–2022) and a private art residency in Seoul (2023), expanding her practice to include painting and ceramic sculpture.
Her work has been influenced by European Surrealism and contemporary art of Asia, where she has spent considerable time. Since 2022, Sheidlin has been creating large-scale multimedia murals using her technique of "automatic digital drawing" - a graphic sketch drawn intuitively with closed eyes, similar to Surrealist automatic writing, further developed based on associations suggested by unconscious lines and forms.
Sheidlin's works have been exhibited in numerous international exhibitions, including solo shows in New York, London, Paris, Tokyo, Florence, Bangkok, Melbourne, Dubai, Seoul, and St. Petersburg.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Can I return artwork if I change my mind?
All Purchases are Final and Non-Refundable.
Due to the limited nature of all art produced in limited runs for specific events or collections, and the immediate processing of payments upon purchase, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for any artworks, whether digital or physical.
This policy applies to all purchases made through our online storefront and at our art fairs.

Understanding Our Refund Policy
At Ellen Sheidlin Studio, we are passionate about bringing unique and often exclusive art pieces to collectors and enthusiasts. Our model, centered around limited-time pop-up art fairs and a curated online storefront, allows us to offer truly special works, many produced in strictly limited quantities.
Given the nature of our sales – featuring limited production runs and immediate payment processing to secure these coveted pieces – all purchases are considered final. We do not typically offer refunds.
Think of acquiring a piece from us as securing a rare edition or a unique creation from an exclusive showing. Just as attendance at a past event cannot be reversed, the acquisition of these limited artworks is a commitment to ownership.
